1. Scope

These terms govern the use of services offered by AccurateeLedger located at Bahnhofstrasse 21, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland (Business ID CHE-588.187.434, phone +41769229658).

2. Accounting & Reporting Services

AccurateeLedger provides tailored bookkeeping and reporting support for Swiss enterprises. Fees are due in advance according to the selected plan.

2.1 Cancellation & Refund Policy for Services

• If a client cancels a scheduled service at least 7 calendar days before the start date, a full refund will be processed.
• For cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled start date, a 50% refund will be processed.
• Once work has commenced, services are non-refundable due to the nature of ongoing commitments.
• Clients may request to reschedule a service once, subject to availability, within 30 days of the original date.

3. Infoproducts

AccurateeLedger may offer digital guides and templates to support business reporting tasks. Access is granted upon successful payment.

3.1 Cancellation & Refund Policy for Infoproducts

• Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and prior to accessing any materials.
• Once any portion of the digital materials has been accessed or downloaded, purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 14 business days after approval.

4. Goods

Physical items offered by AccurateeLedger include branded stationery and manuals. Shipping fees apply as noted at checkout.

4.1 Cancellation & Refund Policy for Goods

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before shipment.
• After shipment, customers may request a refund or exchange by contacting support within 14 days of delivery.
• Approved returns must be sent back in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.
• Exchanges or reshipment to a different address may be requested in place of a refund.

5. Refund Processing

All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days upon receipt. Approved requests will be processed and settled within 14 business days through the original payment channel. If a service or product is explicitly marked as non-refundable, this is stated at the point of sale and reflects the immediate allocation of resources or access granted.

6. Changes to Terms

AccurateeLedger reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the website and will take effect 30 days after posting.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
